Homemade Pasta
/Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 eggs
2-4 Tbsp water
1. Mix: Place the flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the center. In the center add the eggs, water and olive oil. Using a fork, miz the wet ingredients and then begin gradually incorporating some of the flour from the sides. Continue working in more flour until the dough is no longer wet.
2. Knead: Begin kneading the dough by hand, adding as much additional all-purpose flour as needed until the dough is smooth and no longer sticky, 3 to 5 minutes. Roll into a ball and flatten with your hand. Cover with plastic and let rest for at least 30 minutes.
