Easy Butter Pie Crust
/Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup chilled unsalted butter, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
6 Tbsp (about) ice water
1. Mix flour, sugar, and salt in food processor. Add butter; pulse until coarse meal forms. Gradually blend in enough ice water to form moist clumps.
2. Gather dough into ball; divide into half. Form dough into 2 balls; flatten into disks.
3. Wrap each in plastic; chill for 2 hours or over night.
